Warranty Period and Conditions

HandshoeMouse is supplied with a three year warranty.
When claiming warranty, a copy of your purchase confirmation from your supplier is required.

Warranty does not apply for:

  • Normal wear and tear of mouse sliders
  • Loss of cable or antenna
  • Damaged cable or antenna
  • Mouse Body damage due to maltreatment (e.g. mouse being dropped etc.)
  • Mouse that has been opened without our written consent

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Procedure:

In case you need to return a product to Hippus for whatever reason, first get in touch with us at info@handshoemouse.store and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code

HandshoeMouse RMA Conditions EEC

First, please contact info@handshoemouse.store and provide us with:

  • The Model number of your mouse e.g. M2UB-LC
  • The serial number at the bottom of your mouse (s/n…….)

If you wish to return or replace (wrong size or version) the HandshoeMouse shipping costs are at your expense except in case of a production (technical) issue.

If you wish to return we will refund your purchase price provided that the HandshoeMouse

  • is returned within 14 days after delivery
  • is in a perfect condition
  • the body has not been opened
  • the mouse has not been tampered with
  • it is in its original box, with all the original contents
  • a copy of the original invoice is included

In case of a technical defect we will refund your return shipping cost under the following conditions:

  • you have to contact support to establish if a return is required
  • a technical defect is to be established by our staff upon inspection
  • we will either repair or replace your mouse
  • if we establish no technical issue we will return the product at your (shipping) cost
